Our International strategy employs an opportunistic and long-term approach to fundamental value investing across the globe. Our unconstrained investment mandate allows us to pursue what we believe are the best opportunities across geography, industry and asset classes.
Inclination for “Off the Beaten Path” Securities.
Our International Strategy is an eclectic blend of securities from all over the globe that reflect independent thought and our long-term investment approach. The following are the key qualitative criteria: understandable business model with a high-quality balance sheet; assets that are difficult to replicate; management teams aligned with shareholder interests; meaningfully discounted relative to underlying business value.
Third Avenue Funds are distributed by Foreside Fund Services, LLC. Investors should consider the investment objectives, risks, charges and expenses carefully before investing.
